Our therapists’ fees range from $95-$180 per session. If this price is realistically too steep for your financial situation, see below for low income options.

Many of our therapists are able to take insurance. Agate is in-network with Premera and Life Wise, and can also accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem plans. We can help you understand the benefits of your individual plan through a call or email; however, it is your responsibility to speak with your insurance provider to make sure you have coverage. If you’d like to reach out to them, offer your insurance provider our Tax-ID: 83-4475188, and they’ll be able to inform you whether we can take your plan or not.

We are also out-of-network providers. This leaves you to pay for sessions up front, and to be reimbursed by your insurance company by a receipt called a “super bill”. Please inquire with your personal insurance company to ask about your out-of-network coverage. Reimbursement rates range, but often will cover 40%-80% of fees.
