Hannah Parrott, BA, Clinical Intern (She/Her)

Hannah is an intern therapist with seven years of experience in mental health, having worked across a variety of settings with individuals of all ages and experiences. She brings a gentle and collaborative approach to her practice, deeply committed to understanding her clients from a meaning-making perspective. Specializing in grief support, attachment therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, Hannah creates an authentic, comfortable, and healing space where clients can feel safe to explore and grow.

Hannah believes in meeting clients where they are, helping them navigate the complexities of their emotions and experiences. Her work focuses not only on grief but also on addressing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma. With a focus on building upon existing strengths, she facilitates the recognition of systemic or individual patterns that may impact mental health, guiding clients toward greater self-awareness and well-being.

Hannah's approach is rooted in the belief that therapy is a collaborative journey—a place where clients can find support in their pursuit of meaning and healing. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’re continuing your journey, Hannah is dedicated to creating a space of safety, understanding, and growth.   

Hannah has a fee of $95 per therapeutic hour, as well as sliding scale spots for low income clients. She is also in-network with Premera, Life Wise, and most Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem plans. Click here to email her.
