Natalie Temple, MA, LMHC (She/Her)

Natalie is a compassionate, warm clinician with a focus on mindful approaches to the therapeutic relationship. Through integrating various modalities within her areas of specialization, she tailors her approach to meet the needs and goals of each individual client.

Her expertise includes Internal Family Systems (IFS) in which she is level 1 trained through the IFS Institiute. This modality is based around mindful internal dialogue, which invites greater awareness and understanding of how we show up in the world and why. IFS can offer profound healing, and is a gentle, non-intrusive pathway to deepen the therapeutic experience beyond traditional talk-based approaches. It is an evidence-based treatment for a wide array of presentations such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and can be used to complement medical management of chronic health conditions such as autoimmunity. Additionally, Natalie integrates somatic approaches, Hakomi, and polyvagal techniques.

Natalie believes we all have great capacity for healing and growth, but that there are factors that can stand in the way of that natural process. Through attuning to her clients, she offers them pathways to better attune to themselves and others, leading to greater freedom, balance, and internal alignment.
